As such, private individuals are not eligible to make purchases from our platform. Any orders placed by individuals outside of these categories will be automatically declined, and ISLA MED reserves the right to terminate access to the Services in such cases.

2. Our Services

By using our products, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be truthful, accurate, and complete; (2) you will not use the products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes; and (3) your use of the products will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to process any orders.

5. User Registration

To place an order through our website, you must first create an account. The account must meet the website’s eligibility criteria to be granted access to our Services. The approval process may take several days, as we are responsible for ensuring that our products are distributed exclusively to certified businesses and wholesalers.

6. Ordering, Shipping and Delivery

All orders are subject to a minimum purchase requirement: for retail orders, the minimum is 40 pieces, and for wholesale orders, the minimum value is 10,000 Euros.
The average Delivery time of the orders is about 10-14 days, depending on the location and purchase volume. 

7. Return Policy

Our return policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products may be returned for a refund or exchange. The policy applies in cases where the product is damaged, has a short expiry date, or other similar issues arise. In such instances, the customer will be promptly notified and provided with instructions on how to return the product. The return policy is valid within 3 days of receiving the product.

8. Purchases and Payments

We offer two Payment methods: Bank Transfer, which may take up to 3 business days to process, and Credit Card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express (AMEX). A 3% fee applies to AMEX transactions, which must be covered by the customer. All prices on the website are displayed in Euros.

9. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using the website or its content for illegal purposes, uploading or transmitting viruses, violating intellectual property rights, tracking personal information, spamming or scraping, disrupting site security, using any information to harm, harass, or abuse another person, engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting unauthorized access to the website or its systems, using automated means (e.g., bots or scripts) to access the website, misrepresenting your identity, interfering with website operations, or posting false or misleading information.

10 .Limitation of Liability
The service and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of any results obtained through the use of the service or products.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a noncompliance of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately be suspended. You may also terminate your use of the service at any time by discontinuing access.
All provisions of these terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

The legal framework governing these Terms of Service, as well as any related agreements under which we provide our Services to you, will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
If you do not agree to these legal terms, you are hereby prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
