LOS Deline, manufactured by BIOTRH s.r.o., is an injectable, sterile, and pyrogen-free gel containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid derived from non-animal sources. It's dissolved in a phosphate buffer saline solution. This product's cross-linked structure enhances its stability, longevity, and viscoelastic properties. The cross-linker, 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE), forms irreversible carbon bridges between hyaluronic acid molecules, prolonging the product's in vivo duration. LOS Deline is biodegradable and maintains biocompatibility, offering clear, colorless, and viscoelastic qualities.
