A highly cross-linked type of hyaluronic acid (HA) derived from the bacteria Streptococcus equi is mixed in a physiological buffer to create the device. The 23 mg/ml of cross-linked monophasic hyaluronic acid found in Pluryal Volume makes it a viscous solution with intra-dermal injection.
